Continuous Improvement

Continuous Improvement starts with our counselor development and it never ends so long as our clients continue to critically review our work and post.

  1. Our counselors were knowledgeable and shared information that is just not available in a book. They were friendly and made us feel comfortable at the same time.

  2. I thought the comments shared were very helpful. I am grateful to anyone who is willing to share ideas that I may not have thought about. I feel that score may be willing to help direct or continue to share comments or ideas that will help me go forward with fewer mess ups. Thank you for being there.

  4. Counselors where just great. They really did a good job of questioning my plan in a friendly, non confrontational way. Counselor really did his homework prepping for the meeting which was very helpful. They did a good job processing the information I presented also. I couldn't be happier with my session.

  5. Counselor is interested in the business my wife and I are planning to start. He gives advice and ideas and this comes from years of experience and he is a good person.

  10. Just keep up the good work, it was the best time I have spent since deciding to start a business. Plus, I would not have thought of joining the Chamber of Commerce so quickly without having that appointment!

  12. Need more time. This 1st meeting was more of a get to know you and high level outline. The main point was counselors gave me a good starting point. The NC State Food Service.
